This Acceptable Use Policy protects Gigpeach, its users, service providers, payment processors, cloud providers, and the public. It applies to all Content, events, streams, accounts, tickets, embedded players, transactions, communications, and conduct connected to the Service.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, sexually explicit, fraudulent, unsafe, or provider-prohibited purpose. Gigpeach may determine, in its sole discretion, whether conduct or Content violates this Policy.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate stream termination, account termination, record preservation, payout withholding, refunds, provider notice, and law-enforcement reporting:
Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor.
Grooming, enticement, exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of minors.
Human trafficking, forced labor, exploitation, or non-consensual sexual activity.
Actual violence against persons or animals, including content celebrating or encouraging such violence.
Terrorism, violent extremism, threats of violence, or incitement to imminent harm.
Illegal drug sales, weapons trafficking, unlawful weapons instructions, or criminal facilitation.
Sanctions, export-control, embargo, money-laundering, or terrorist-financing violations.
Gigpeach does not allow adult or sexual Content. Prohibited Content includes nudity beyond U.S. broadcast television standards, sexual acts, simulated sexual acts, sexually suggestive conduct, erotic services, solicitation, fetish content, sexually explicit performance, content intended primarily for sexual arousal, and adult entertainment.
The Service may not be used to stream or distribute intimate imagery without consent. This includes revenge pornography, hidden-camera recordings, recordings of private moments, voyeuristic Content, and AI-generated or manipulated intimate imagery depicting a real or identifiable person without explicit consent.
You may not stream or distribute Content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. Prohibited examples include unauthorized sports broadcasts, television shows, films, concerts, music, DJ sets, background music, video clips, photographs, logos, brand marks, or pay-per-view programming that you did not create, ie; you may not restream other livestream/broadcast events without the express written permission of that event owner/publisher/promoter.
You may not use the Service for harassment, stalking, threats, doxxing, intimidation, targeted abuse, blackmail, extortion, hate speech, or discriminatory harassment based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, age, or other protected characteristic.
You may not use the Service for scams, phishing, impersonation, fake events, deceptive fundraising, pyramid schemes, unlawful multi-level marketing schemes, cryptocurrency scams, unauthorized investment advice, fake professional advice, chargeback fraud, payment abuse, bot traffic, or artificially inflated viewer activity.
Medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, mental-health, safety, and other professional information may not be presented as individualized professional advice unless the Producer is properly licensed, complies with all applicable law, and provides all required disclosures. Gigpeach may remove or restrict such Content in its discretion.
Gigpeach may remove, restrict, demonetize, terminate, or report Content that it determines is materially deceptive or harmful regarding elections, voting, public health emergencies, disaster response, emergency services, or other matters where misinformation may create imminent harm.
You may not use the Service in any manner that violates the terms, rules, acceptable use policies, prohibited-business policies, or risk standards of Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Web Services, internet service providers, hosting providers, email providers, payment networks, card networks, or other providers used by Gigpeach.
You may not attempt to bypass, disable, degrade, or interfere with any access-control, security, payment, authentication, stream-protection, rate-limit, device-limit, token, HLS, CDN, anti-fraud, or monitoring system. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, automate, data mine, resell access, extract stream URLs, or interfere with infrastructure.
Violation of this Policy may result in any action Gigpeach considers appropriate, including warning, stream termination, content removal, event cancellation, ticket refunds, account suspension, account termination, payout delay, payout withholding, forfeiture of pending payouts to the extent allowed by law, preservation of evidence, provider notice, law-enforcement report, and civil action.
Gigpeach reserves the right, but has no duty, to monitor, pre-screen, review, or remove Content. Gigpeach's decision not to act in one instance does not limit its right to act later or in another instance.
